Launched for the 2016 campaign but can run till advised.  MHRA request you please support this awareness campaign by displaying this animation on your waiting room screens to encourage patients to report suspected side effects themselves.

Yellow Card reporting helps make medicines safer and saves lives. The campaign is being run by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to raise awareness about the reporting of suspected adverse drug reactions to medicines, also called suspected side effects by patients.

It’s quicker to report online at: www.mhra.gov.uk/yellowcard or on the go using the free Yellow Card app. Anyone can report. You only have to suspect a medicine(s) might have caused the suspected reaction to complete a Yellow Card.

Yellow Cards can be made for any medicine, vaccine, herbal product or complementary remedy – whether prescribed or purchased.
